HON. SYD VASQUEZ personally convey his message with school children in the Upland Communities the value of his PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE on Singing " Masdan mo ang Kapaligiran" by Asin every Monday and Friday of the Flag Ceremony. A corresponding Order from DECS was issued to this effect. Therefore until now it is apparent that when children see HON. SYD VASQUEZ they sing the said Environmental Song.
HON. SYD VASQUEZ discusses with the Indigenous People in the Upland Communities of Abra the beauty of Community Base Forest Protection Program as well as Alternate Livelihood Opportunities to marginal Abrenian Farmers like Organic Farming to reduce dependence on chemical Fertilizers which are very prohibitive and worst destroy the quality of their soils and the potential of Vinecraft and Ethnic Crafts for the Export Market.
