HON. SYD VASQUEZ conducts Community Base Forest Protecton Comittee Workshop at Tangadan, San Quintin, Abra in cooperation with Bukas Foundation and World Vision International Philippines. Like wise inducting volunteers as Guardians of the Environment (GE) hence Food for Work Program was initiated by World Vision International as its commitment to the Environmental Advocacy of "MR. ENVIRONMENT".
