HON. SYD VASQUEZ personally follow-up Poverty Allevation Fund Projects at NIA-Central Office with NIA Administrator Hon. Rodolfo C. Undan for Abra's Accelerate Development after the Cabinet Regional Meeting held in Bangued, Abra led by his Excellency Fidel V. Ramos. (see attached Letter of Approval by his Excellency Pres. Fidel V. Ramos thus resulting to Release of Poverty Alleviation Funds in the amount of 41.5M).
